the hotel is very close to public transport. it was easy to get around, as i found a tram stop just a short walk away. the breakfast offered many choices and fresh options, a plus to start the day well. i found a convenience store within the hotel that proved very useful for quick snacks and essentials.

the wifi signal in my room was somewhat weak at times, it made it occasionally difficult to stream videos.

the room was quite spacious and notably clean. i found the location convenient, a short walk to metro and tram stops. the staff were accommodating, especially at the 24-hour cafe and shop. i also appreciated the free gym access .

The hotel has an excellent location near a fantastic park for kids. it is also close to public transportation. i found amy at the front desk particularly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions. the breakfast and dinner options were also excellent.

The wifi connection was unreliable. I often experienced disconnects.

I found a couple of things less than stellar, honestly. the fitness center was quite small. It only had two treadmills and one stationary bike. space was definitely at a premium. also, the breakfast buffet, while extensive, often had long queues for the omelet station. i saw people waiting a good 10-15 minutes some mornings, not ideal when you're trying to start your day.

The room featured a comfortable bed and provided good rest. I could open the window for fresh air, which i liked. A kettle and capsule coffee machine were available. It was convenient to have these amenities in the room.

The cashless system was inconvenient for small purchases because my bank charged extra fees for each transaction. A more flexible payment option would improve the experience.

i found the breakfast to be excellent, with a diverse selection. the employees were very helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the cleanliness and the generous supply of towels in the large room. the ironing board and iron were also a plus.

the walls were somewhat thin, allowing some noise to be heard from adjacent rooms.
